Scoffers Pandemic Reaching Record Highs

On March 29, I noted a rise in the number of scoffers making themselves known on the various forums that I visit. The activity going on this past March is NOTHING compared to what has begun to happen in the past few days.

Scoffers have reached pandemic proportions, appearing out of nowhere to blast the bible and especially pre-tribulation beliefs. Again, I am somewhat dumbfounded by the focused hatred and enormous amount of venom aimed at pre-trib believers.

The sudden sheer multitude of anti-rapture forum posters is staggering. What has them all in such an uproar? What’s it to them if we’re anxiously looking for Christ’s return, very possibly within the next 7 days?

Why should the anti-rapture crowd care what we believe? It can’t be concern for our souls. Rapture beliefs are not a pre-requisite for salvation. Believers should all be hoping to make heaven at some point in time.

So if these anti-rapture trolls aren’t concerned for souls, what’s it all about? Why are they so in-your-face rude, condescending, derogatory and downright hateful? Could it be that they aren’t playing on the same team?

Could it be that the atrociously verbal posters are plants? Could it be that they’re actually serving satan and are terribly concerned with how many souls they stand to lose when Christ returns?

Could it be that they, like so many of us, sense huge spiritual changes coming to our world in the very near future?

I guess we should really rejoice when scoffers surface. The sheer presence of so many scoffers posting constantly online is just one of many signals that the church age is about to end. Their constant harassment is just another in a long line of signs that we’ll soon be out of here.

Arguing with scoffers is a waste of breath. Use that breath, instead, to praise God for our soon redemption and to thank Him for all that he is and has done.

I’m sure some are rapture deniers, but many churched are so put off by those of us who anticipate, with expectation, the return of Christ that they become belligerent against someone speaking their views. Most churches I know don’t preach Daniel or Revelation, or anything to do with the times and seasons we live in. These churches are weak in power and annointing, but they are totally oblivious to their condition.

“… but they are totally oblivious to their condition.”

Sadly true. The word “churched” is an apt description. It certainly appears that believers are more to be found outside the church than inside.
